About Nastashia Young

Nastashia Young is a Realtor with eXp Realty and a member of the Greater Metropolitan Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. She services the Greater Detroit area, focusing primarily on new homeowners and Investors looking to build their portfolio of investment properties and/or acquire their first homes. Highly focused on community wealth building, her goal is to educate the community on ways to build generational income through real estate investing. Her biggest accomplishment will be the day that she is able to look at the city of Detroit and see the once abandoned neighborhoods thriving again as they did in the past when it was one of the greatest cities in America.

Outside of work, Nastashia is a creative and project manager who loves to help others accomplish their biggest dreams by assessing their needs and coming up with a project map which outlines the steps to take in order to accomplish them. She believes that her purpose in life is to help others be the person they've always dreamt of being as a child and gets satisfaction from watching that come true.

Also an ex-college athlete, Nastashia grew up playing basketball her whole life and understands the importance of a team working together to accomplish an overall vision; the importance of healthy competitiveness; and practicing your craft to maintain an advantage over competition.

For fun, she loves to explore the many aspects of Michigan from bar and restaurant hopping in Downtown Detroit, Birmingham, and Royal Oak to kayaking through the Clinton River. She believes that Michigan is one of the greatest and most diverse places to live in America and is excited to help restore it to its potential.
